PRIVACY POLICY

Any user who visits the website can add products to cart.

Products are stored in a database under the session name. Each user has a different session.

All the users are required to login to checkout their cart.

On the checkout, the session value in the database is replaced by user’s account detail. 

All the data of the user is stored securely on a secured database.

No personal information of the user is shared for any purpose, nor even displayed to other users.

The user details taken is just to keep record of every user’s orders. 

No payment details are taken from the user from us. 

All the payment are dealt once the product has reached the buyer. 

COOKIES 

The website does not use any type of cookies. Any type of value is not stored on the cookies.

DISCLAIMER

ECOMMERCE does not own or manufacture any of the products sold on the website, products are from different vendors around the world which ECOMMERCE sells on the website. All the products are original, no fake products under the original brand name are used. 

We have a great team to tackle issues regarding setting the products prices and delivering the products to the user in the time span given to the user. Which is 3-4 Days, If there are some issues, the delivery period can extend to 6-7 Working Days. ECOMMERCE uses its own order delivery service, so any kind of user’s details such as, ADDRESS, NAME, is not giving to any third party service. 

PRODUCT REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Once the product has reached the user, and the payment has been received, the product can be returned in 7 Days Period, after the 7 Days, ECOMMERCE will not accept any product unless its the wrong product. [The Change of Mind is no applicable]. If the product is wrong or broken or not the original product, ECOMMERCE will exchange the product, but if you wish to get a refund, ECOMMERCE will refund to you the full amount in Cash.
